Breaking Records...

There was a marketing-savvy broker I used to work with at Prudential Douglas Elliman in New York City. One of his marketing campaigns involved purchasing old vinyl records, smashing them to pieces, and placing them in cellophane envelopes with a note that read, "Michael is breaking records!" Did it catch peoples' attention? You bet it did.

If you complete projects in record time, deliver record ROI, achieve record revenue as a salesperson, or break any other records for that matter, try this approach as part of your personal branding package.
